Why Romania
Cygnean S.R.L. is registered in Romania. The microenterprise tax structure (1% on revenue under €500K) and EU/US trade overlap give us a structural cost advantage — which we pass through as higher gross margin per client, not lower price. CAN-SPAM compliance for US outbound is mechanical; we don't need a US footprint.
Why AI-leveraged
Our cold-email pipeline (Prospeo discovery → Bouncer verify → Anthropic Haiku personalize → Smartlead deliver) is the same one we use to find clients and the same one we offer clients. We dogfood our own stack. Every piece of copy that ships through us is reviewed by a human before send.
